RESTORATIVE YOGA & WINE TASTING
Join me for restorative yoga class in Sicilian countryside…
Located in the lush surroundings of nature reserve in Alcamo we will breathe in the scents of forests and vineyards, moving our bodies with awareness.
In restorative yoga we experience the state of deep relaxation in order to bring balance to our nervous system while being fully supported by the props.
This unique experience involves breathwork and gentle yoga practice followed by the vineyard walk and natural wine tasting.
We will taste a selection of wines produced by Longarico Vini paired with local produce, talk about the challenges of natural wine making and the characteristics of wine produced in this part of Sicily.
