YOGA PRACTICE
Pranayama practice is included as part of my regular class but can also be booked as a separate one hour practice in a preferred outdoor setting.
PRANAYAMA
What is Pranayama? ‘Prana’ stands for the life force and ‘yama’ for control. It is an ancient practice of controlling the breath.
We will begin with 30-minute pranayama (breath-work practice) followed by one hour yoga and relaxation including Savasana massage.
Private classes (1:1) are tailored to your individual needs and can be held at a preferred location such as beach, your own place or at La Cialoma Restaurant in Scopello where I regularly teach.
This option is also suitable for groups so please get in touch for a quote if you are travelling with friends or family and would like to practice yoga while on vacation.
ONE TO ONE
This personalised option is suitable for those who already have a regular practice as well as complete beginners.
